WEBMASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

Important
Information:
This service is geared
toward commercial and none commercial sites where We will be spending approx.
2-3 hours per week on your site performing maintenance. Here are some of the
things We will do for you as a "webmaster":

It does
not include major changes in your site, such as adding more web pages, adding
a shopping cart or re-designing the entire look and feel of the site. This is
just minimal change to keep your site current with what is going on in your
business. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, please
e-mail us first before signing this contract.

Signing
up for webmaster service requires a 3-month minimum contract.
It is very
important that you contact us often and provide any and all changes that you
want done to your site. We don't make changes unless you authorize them. If
you don't give us any changes to do, you are still obligated to pay the
monthly fees until your contract expires.

OPTION
1: Pay
month-to-month for $55.00 per month. That would equal $165.00 in any 3-month
contract.
OPTION 2: Pay 12 months in advance and
receive a 10% discount off the total price, for a total of $594 You save $66
OPTION 3: Hourly rate @ $55.00 per hour
for piecework, with a one hour minimum.
After
the 3-month period, you can either cancel your service or re-new your contract
by submitting a new payment and signed contract. During any period when you
are not on either Option 1 or Option 2 of the "service plan", and
you wish to have some editing done on your site, you will be charged an
hourly fee of $55.00 per hour with a with a one hour minimum.
